Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole business cycle as an experienced sales professional
  • Build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients
  • Acquire high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals
  • Design marketing strategies leveraging expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in an advertising sales or business development role
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
  • Ability to grow in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients
