Responsibilities
- Manage the whole business cycle as an experienced sales professional
- Build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients
- Acquire high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management
- Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals
- Design marketing strategies leveraging expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in an advertising sales or business development role
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
- Ability to grow in a team environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients
